How to use our ticket support
To get immediate support and open a ticket, click the button below to initiate a ticket.
You’ll be directed to our ticket system – part of our parent company Charleston PR & Design – where you’ll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and a message about your problem. You can also add an attachment such as a screen capture. Please let us know exactly what type of help you need and describe your issue as best you can. The more information the better. And if you can, please add a screen capture of your issue as well as a link to your site. The more information you can provide, the more quickly we can assist you.
